Located in a very convenient area for a quick trip to downtown. The room is spacious and clean, with impressive amenities such as a pillow menu and a jacuzzi in the garden. Breakfast is delicious and fulfilling. The staff is friendly and helpful, giving you suggestions on what to do in the area.
Some minor issues with communication during check-in and request for Wi-Fi key.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location, so close to the city center, was very convenient for exploring the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice sitting area. The staff provided excellent service, with room amenities such as free toiletries replaced daily. The spa and wellness center was a great way to relax, with a sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and massage services available. The outdoor sun terrace and garden area were beautiful and provided a peaceful atmosphere. we had a wonderful experience here and would definitely recommend it to family.
In terms of cons, this venue is pet friendly and offers a convenient parking space. However, there are no negative aspects to mention about this hotel.

The hotel had a beautiful garden and an amazing pool area perfect for a family trip. The breakfast selection was great with fresh and delicious Mexican dishes prepared on the spot. Plus, the hotel was pet friendly and had its own parking lot which was convenient.
The location was a little inconvenient, as it was far from the city center and the hotel restaurant only opened during specific hours.

The hotel had everything we needed for a fantastic family weekend – a great outdoor pool and a spa, which was a real treat. The restaurant was good and the staff were friendly and welcoming. There were also free mountain bikes available, which made exploring the local area a lot of fun. The hotel was conveniently located only a short drive or bike ride away from the downtown area.
Although the grounds of the hotel were nice, they weren't quite as impressive as they appeared in the photos. the service was not always up to par.
